Questions Worth Asking

The things people ask us before they commit — answered the way we would answer them on a call.

What happens if the AI cannot answer something?

It says so, takes a message, and passes it to you rather than inventing an answer. You can also give it a transfer number so anything urgent reaches a person mid-call. Every one of these shows up in your dashboard as a callback request, so nothing quietly disappears.

Can it book straight into the calendar we already use?

Yes. It checks your real availability before offering a slot, and it will not double-book — two callers competing for the same time cannot both get it. Confirmations go out automatically, and the appointment appears in your dashboard the moment it is made.

What does it cost to run each month, not just to build?

There are two parts: the build, and the running cost of the calls and messages themselves, which depends on your volume. We will quote both before you commit. If your volume is unpredictable, we would rather tell you a range than a number we would have to revise later.

Who owns the phone number and the conversation data?

You do. The number is yours and stays yours if you leave. Your conversations, transcripts and bookings are yours — we can export the lot on request. We do not sell or share client data with anyone.

How long until it is live, honestly?

A single voice receptionist on an existing number is usually the quickest. Adding WhatsApp is straightforward. Instagram is the slow one — Meta requires business verification and app review before an agent can message anyone outside your own test account, and that is weeks, not days, and outside our control. We will give you a date for your specific setup on the discovery call rather than a number that sounds good on a website.

What if we want to turn it off?

You tell us and we switch it off. No notice period buried in a contract, no penalty. Your number keeps working exactly as it did before, and you keep your data.

Will customers know they are talking to an AI?

That is your call, and we will build it either way. Our advice is to be upfront — it sets expectations, and people are far more forgiving of an AI that says it is one than of one that gets caught pretending.

Do you work with businesses outside the industries on your site?

Yes. The dentist, HVAC and medspa pages exist because those are the setups we have built most often, not because they are a limit. If you take bookings or enquiries by phone or message, the same system applies.

Still deciding?

Ask us the thing that is actually holding you back. We would rather tell you this is not a fit than sell you something that is not.
