• Contact details you submit through our forms: name, email address, phone number, and business details.
• Communications you send us via WhatsApp, email, or our website chat/demo tools.
• Call data if you interact with our AI voice receptionist demo or a client's live AI receptionist, including call recordings, transcripts, and summaries.
• Usage and advertising data, such as pages viewed, the ad or campaign that brought you to our site (UTM parameters, Meta click IDs), browser/device information, and cookies.

3. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the free AI audit or consultation you requested.
• To follow up by WhatsApp, phone, SMS, or email.
• To measure and improve our advertising, including sharing hashed contact details with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) via their Conversions API so we can tell which ads are actually generating leads. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.
• To operate and improve our AI receptionist and automation services.

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, including our hosting provider, our database provider, ElevenLabs (voice AI), n8n (workflow automation), Calendly (scheduling), and Meta (advertising and analytics). We do not sell your personal information.
